未看DEXTER s4 Finale之前，如果你問我最喜歡的美劇是那一套，我會毫不猶豫答Six Feet Under，但看了這集really took my breath away的s4 Finale之後，我會反問可唔可以揀兩套？ 事實上，如果問題twist一twist，變成你會揀邊套美劇介紹給朋友睇，DEXTER甚至會贏Six Feet Under，因為DEXTER的題材絕對比Six Feet Under大眾化，情節也更緊張刺激，卻同時有不少令人深思之處。
DEXTER season 4講的是Dexter與另一serial killer Trinity的對決。 在上一個season結了婚的Dexter在半季已成為一個有嬌妻有兒女的family man，要繼續暗夜屠夫的生活自然困難得多。於是，我們在s4看到一向冷靜、冇情緒、深思細密、零犯錯的Dexter變得暴燥、衝動、out of control，而必然的結果是：犯錯。雖然犯的錯沒有其他人發現，但足以令Dexter明白，長此下去，他終會有失手的一天，他深愛的家庭與他的dark secret並不能長久並存。 同時，從Trinity身上，Dexter看到了自己，他害怕自己終於會變成和Trinity一樣，對家人做成無可挽救的傷害。
Season 4毫無疑問係咁多季DEXTER之中最出色的一季，尤其是個結局，完全係冇諗過，我呢世人睇咁耐電視，呢個finale可真是最出人意表，同時令人拍案叫絕！

Stephen Gately died from heart failure: Boyzone singer Stephen Gately died from heart failure, an autopsy report confirmed today. It is thought the 33-year-old had an undiagnosed heart condition, and it was this that caused him to collapse after a night out in Majorca on 10 October. The condition, known as atheromatosis, causes the arteries to thicken. Tragically, it's also thought that the late star's partner Andy was most likely asleep next to Stephen for several hours after he died. Both Andy and the student they invited back to their apartment that night agree Stephen was "very drunk", but scientists have ruled out either alcohol or drugs as a contributing factor in the star's death. It was simply due to his heart condition. We still can't believe lovely Stephen has gone.
Brittany Murphy's sudden death at age 32 reminds me what happened in Oct. All those feelings just come up in my mind once again. I'm not a fan of Brittany (although I love her movie “Love and Other Disasters”), however, in these few days, I can't help following the news about her death. It's like Oct all over again, it's hard, especially around Christmas.
